Unwind & Retore

Service Description

Private 1:1 Session or Group (2-8 guests) Private Session offering. This intentional time is created to help you unwind after a long day or week with a nourishing rest. What's  Included in this service: We will start with setting intentions, led by a gentle flow, and restorative practice. Warm lavender eye pillows and aroma therapy options are available for the end-of-the-flow practice. To wrap up this session together, I will give space for reflection, whether through journaling, drawing, open discussion, or a combination.
