The Rest & Reset healing session is designed to support you in slowing down, nourishing your body, mind, and spirit through rest, and creating balance and grounding energy within. Peace of mind and a self-reset. This is a holistic, mindful wellbeing and care approach to de-stress, release, and be.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within the 24 hours, you won't receive your payment back. If no show, you will not be able to book again, and there will be no refund. If I need to cancel you will recieve a message via email or text and you will be refunded.
