I will guide us through a practice that brings these elements together, to deepen or create a relationship with oneself, and to give you tools to tap into on your own when we aren’t in community, because what we practice in session, we must embody in life. I am simply a guide to mirror what you already possess.

Please wear a color or color palette that represents “sacred love”/Divine feminine energy to you. Comfy loose clothing. The moment you get ready for this gathering is when the ceremony begins.
