Treat Y0urself is a wonderful program offered within the Earth Angel center for Healing and Self Discovery.

A sacred home for you to learn, grow, create, and breathe. Mental Health has been a big part of my life as I too live with mental health "issues". I am open with my mental health online and sharing my story. I do this to help others feel less alone. There is hope in finding a life to truly live and enjoy and not feel as though you're suffering through it. I live with Anxiety, Depression, and Bipolar ll Disorder. I am working to help end the stigma in these mental health topics and normalize these conversations!

Treat Y0urself is where you come to learn a variety of healing tools and how to implement them into your own life.

Providing classes and spaces for healing through yoga, meditation, art, and movement in the community.

Hi There my name is Lauren Bailey also Known as Lo/Lolo, creator of Earth Angel & Treat Y0urself.

I Launched in September 2022 and have been working each day to turn my vision into reality.

I am a 500 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, 35 Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, and continuing my education in Mental Health and wellness.

When I am not working you can find me at the nearest bookshop, thrift store, or metaphysical gift shop!

I enjoy beach towns, travel, reading, painting, going for walks, live music, musicals, a girl's night out, or a night in watching Netflix or Hulu.

My favorite shows are Parks and Rec, The Office, New Girl, The Vampire Diaries, Modern Family, and Avatar the Last Air Bender!

My favorite movie is Bridesmaids!

I Love a good Rom-com or Action Movie!

I have been on this healing and self-discovery journey for 3 years now and it's changed my life for the better! While in yoga teacher training I found myself constantly asking the question; how do we create these spaces for learning and growing outside of these studio walls? Along with that creating access that is affordable for the community.

Thus the birth of Treat Y0urself was born!
